How it works

From the first email to a finished cushion.

It works the same way whether you want a cushion re-covered or a new one sewn. Here are the steps.

Tell us what you would like done
Write a few lines about the cushion and where it will be used. Send photos and rough measurements if you can. That helps us give a more reliable price.

You get a price
We work out the cost of materials, measurements and time, and get back to you with a price. For bigger jobs we may ask for more photos or to see the cushion first.

We choose fabric and padding
We put together suggestions based on how the cushion will be used and what you like. If you have a fabric of your own, that works well too.

Measurements and templates
You send measurements and photos, or drop off your old cushions. If the space has its own angles, we make a template so the cushion fits.

We sew in the studio
We sew the cushion in our studio in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, which we share with Stockholm Textildesign.

The cushion is ready
We let you know when the cushion is ready to collect from us in Liljeholmen.

Waiting time

How long does it take?

We are a small studio and take in a limited number of jobs at a time. Sometimes we can start quite soon, and when many orders come in the wait can be longer.

Once we have seen your job, we tell you when we can take it in and roughly when it will be ready. Many people get in touch before the boating season and the summer. Get in touch in good time.
